Sometimes, the mediums used to throw certain plants like amabona and emyarro inside someone’s house. No uninitiated person or layman could touch or remove these objects, and no one would dare leave them lying there to rot away for fear of bringing about a state of ritual danger. It was therefore imperative for the household owner to prepare a feast at once and to invite the mediums to come and pick up the dangerous objects and save him from calamity.
